FORMA is a fast, easy-to-learn card game for 2–5 players where every card is a shape — but not every shape is the same.

Match shapes, recognize patterns, play your special cards, and get rid of your hand before everyone else.

HOW TO PLAY

On your turn, play a card that matches the shape or pattern of the card in play.

Can't play? Draw a card.

Simple enough to learn in minutes — but the right card at the right moment can completely change the game.

THE SHAPES

FORMA features a collection of geometric shapes including:

Circle · Triangle · Square · Star · Diamond · Hexagon · Pentagon · Octagon · Oval

Each shape appears in different visual forms, including solid, dotted, and outlined cards.

SPECIAL CARDS

Special cards introduce unexpected twists without making the rules complicated.

BLIND — Choose another player. Their next turns are played blind: they select a card without seeing its face, then flip it to reveal what they've played.
