Frameless Works is the store and brand through which our products are developed, presented, and sold.

FORMA is a product offered by Frameless Works.

Original materials associated with Frameless Works and its products may include:

• Frameless Works branding and logo

• FORMA name and branding

• Original card designs

• Original artwork and graphics

• Product packaging and presentation

• Written content

• Website content

• Product photography created by or for Frameless Works

• Original game rules, concepts, and gameplay systems

These materials are owned by Frameless Works or their respective rights holders, unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a physical FORMA product gives the purchaser ownership of that physical copy only. It does not transfer ownership or licensing rights to the underlying intellectual property, artwork, branding, game design, or other associated materials.

You may not reproduce, manufacture, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit FORMA or other Frameless Works intellectual property without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.
